Aegan Educational & Charitable Trust is a non-profit organization established in 2023 with the aim of
supporting underprivileged and tribal communities. Based in Kallakurichi District, Tamil Nadu, we work
at the grassroots level to address challenges related to education, empowerment, and basic well-being.
Our approach is community-driven, focusing on sustainable development and long-term impact rather
than short-term aid.

What is the Aegan Trust doing?
At the Aegan Trust, every woman deserves the chance to flourish. We’re not just about handouts; we’re about building dreams, brick by brick, thread by thread. Located in the heart of Kallakurichi, we’ve been weaving strength and opportunity into the lives of women and students for years.
We equip women with the tools they need to become financially independent. From artisan training in crafts like jute bag making and embroidery to pad manufacturing workshops, we nurture talent and create sustainable livelihoods.
We’re not just focused on the present; we’re building a brighter future for students. Our partnership with over 100 government schools sees us transform infrastructure, plant trees, provide sports trainers, and offer defence classes to nearly 3 lakh female students.
We believe in nurturing every heart. We partner with orphanages, celebrate festivals with children, and offer tuition in underprivileged areas, bringing joy and support where needed most.
